PlaNet Finance’s governance is organized around the Board of Directors, the Strategic Committee
of the Board and the Executive Committee, chaired by Jacques Attali, which decide on strategic issues. They are supported by the International Advisory Board co-chaired by Abdou Diouf and Muhammad Yunus.

The Steering Committee, the Audit and Risk Committee and the Ethics Committee complete this scheme. Each one has a specifi c advisory role, operational decision making role, and role of implementing these decisions.
