In order to cope with the development of its activities, PlaNet Finance has important needs in Human Resources. To strengthen the network of experts, PlaNet Finance actually offers a career progress for its workers; that is why PlaNet Finance offers: To microfinance experts, the possibility to join an international organization which is a leader in the development of microfinance: PlaNet Finance recruits junior and senior experts who will bring their skills in very precise expertise fields (impact and market studies, downscaling and SME banking, project development in microfinance, etc) that require a strong onsite experience. To young graduates, valuable training course: The training course at PlaNet Finance is a training experience monitored by a training supervisor, with objectives that are assessed during and at the end of the training. For the moment, every training course is proposed within the framework of a compulsory training agreement with a school or university. We are looking for people corresponding to these profiles: Finance – Microcredit (Africa, Asia, Middle East, Latin Americ Project Manager Mission Manager Development Support Department: Finance/Management Human Resources Communication Information technology To young graduates who are following a training course the opportunity to develop an international experience. PlaNet Finance, is one of the 26 NGOs that has been accepted by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the framework of International Voluntary Service. 90 % of the missions that were proposed as International Voluntary Service (Morocco, Senegal, Benin, Madagascar, India, Sri Lanka and Mexico) were performed by former trainees. to volunteers, it is the opportunity to bring their knowledge in the international network of PlaNet Finance. PlaNet Finance needs volunteers to strengthen the teams in headquarters and in the affiliated offices of the network. We are looking for senior experts specialized in the following fields: Regulation of the microfinance institutions and supervision of a team constituted of specialists. Assessment of Microfinance Institutions (audit, rating, impact studies). Training and Technical Assistance. Management (Finance and accountancy, Business Plan, Governance, Internal audit, Human Resources Experts.)
