Michel Rocard - Member of PlaNet Finance’s Advisory Board

" Muhammad Yunus should receive the Nobel Prize for Peace, or at least for Economy. To my knowledge, no other financial intervention than microcredit, since the end of the Second World War, helped save as many people as microcredit did : tens of millions were saved, and hundreds of millions gained new hope of breaking out of poverty.

Although microcredit is easily implemented, inexpensive and self-financing, it needs support to grow and consolidate itself. It is precisely what Planet finance does, providing microcredit institutions with training, auditing, rating, refinancing, specific documentation and other services contributing to its development and expansion. "
